Your primary focus is to forge strong working partnerships, increase platform feature utilization, lower account cancellation rates, and spot commercial growth opportunities across your accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & PPC Strategy: Serve as the chief point of contact for onboarding new corporate clients and establishing effective PPC strategies.
  • Proactive Client Engagement: Conduct continuous outbound phone outreach across your portfolio to train accounts, build trust, and expand business operations.
  • Needs Assessment & Custom Setup: Diagnose customer goals to implement targeted, flexible campaign structures that yield prompt results.
  • CRM & Portfolio Management: Maintain accurate, organized history logs of all client touchpoints within corporate CRM software.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze primary campaign KPIs and deliver actionable evaluation reports to key account stakeholders.
  • Funnel & Content Integration: Help accounts align Google Ads with wider digital marketing funnels, landing page optimization, and target audience testing.
  • Market Feedback Loop: Provide local market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback from Germany to help refine product offerings.
