Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Advisor, you aren't just answering phones; you are a travel consultant and a brand ambassador. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Multichannel Support: Assisting customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding their travel reservations.
  • Issue Resolution: Handling modifications, cancellations, and special requests with a professional and empathetic touch.
  • Mediation: Acting as a bridge between the traveler and service providers to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Quality Excellence: Maintaining high standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Technical Navigation: Using internal software and tools to manage guest data and booking details efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

We value personality and communication skills above all else. While we love seeing experience, we provide full training to set you up for success.

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Icelandic (written and spoken).
  • English Proficiency: A minimum B2 level of English is required to navigate our internal systems and communicate with your international colleagues.
  • Communication: A natural ability to build rapport and explain complex information clearly.
  • Adaptability: A positive attitude toward change in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or tourism is a "nice to have," but not mandatory.
  • Location: You must be ready to work on-site at our modern offices in Barcelona.
