The Mission: Making Sure Journeys Go Perfectly As a support worker, you are the most important part of the traveler's trip. You will give fast, correct, and helpful answers using modern computer tools in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling Messages: Answer a high number of customer messages through phone calls, e-mails, and chat using perfect Croatian and English.
• Clear Solutions: Give final, clear answers for tricky booking questions, payment issues, and computer platform problems.
• Expert Advice: Keep up a deep knowledge of travel rules to give customers exact and correct guidance.
• Careful Typing: Put information into our customer system (CRM) with great care so the whole company has a clear history of the customer's issues.
• Good Results: Meet your daily work targets while working together with international colleagues to make the customer experience better.

THE IDEAL PROFILE: INDEPENDENT & SKILLED

We want independent thinkers who can stay highly productive while working from home without someone watching over them.

• Language Skills: You must speak and write perfectly in Croatian (C2 level), and have a strong command of English (B2/C1 level) for company communication.
• Work Setup: You must already have a legal permit to work in Greece, a quiet home office space, and fast internet.
