In this position, you do more than just sell; you focus on high-level problem-solving. Your goal is to find cloud-related opportunities and work with top executives to modernize their company's technology.

  • Executive Alliances: Build and keep long-term partnerships with Small-to-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and high-level business leaders.
  • Revenue Management: Use deep product knowledge to lead negotiations, solve complex concerns, and consistently beat your sales targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively find high-potential leads and manage a professional sales funnel for our global tech partners.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest cloud and digital advertising trends to give expert, data-backed advice to your clients.
  • Team Alignment: Work closely with the Sales Management team to make sure your personal goals match the company's big-picture vision.

Who We Are Looking For: Sharp Thinking & Drive

We want a resourceful professional who does well in high-pressure environments and has a disciplined "hunter" mindset for finding new business.

  • Language Skills: Professional skills in German (B2+/C1) and fluent English (B2) for working with our global teams.
  • Work Experience: At least one year of sales experience with a proven history of finding leads, closing deals, or managing accounts.
  • Tech Literacy: A strong understanding of how cloud technology works and a real passion for the tech industry.
  • Mindset: A resilient, independent worker who can solve complex business challenges on their own.
  • Location: You must currently live in or be ready to move to the tech hub of Krakow, Poland.
