  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest product launches and software updates so you can give accurate, real-time info.
  • Accurate Records: Carefully write down all customer details in the company system to keep things running smoothly.

Who We Are Looking For: Great Communication & Sharp Thinking

  • Language Skills: Native or C2-level French is required.
