Position SummaryGuide expanding Dutch companies as they adopt and optimize Google Ads. Based in Barcelona, you will serve as a dedicated strategist—welcoming new partners, increasing product engagement, protecting account retention, and driving long-term portfolio growth.
Primary Duties

  • Strategic Welcome: Onboard incoming clients and design custom digital marketing roadmaps.
  • Advisory Outreach: Engage corporate decision-makers to match business goals with targeted ad solutions.
  • Campaign Refinement: Construct, launch, and polish campaign elements like target groups, ad copy, and landing pages.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze performance metrics and convert data into strategies that raise ROI.
  • Pipeline Care: Organize daily outreach activity and keep CRM entries complete and accurate.
  • Market Intelligence: Share regional Dutch trends to aid product positioning and campaign development.

Applicant Profile

  • Language Skills: Native or C1–C2 level Dutch, complemented by clear professional English.
  • Work History: Prior experience in account management, client strategy, and sales CRM tools.
