Position Overview

Looking for an articulate, relationship-driven communicator to join the Krakow team as a German-Speaking Business Development Representative. This role serves as a trusted consultant to elite tech brands, guiding enterprise executives through cloud rollouts and digital transformations in an international environment.

Key Duties

• Executive Engagement: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across enterprise and mid-market sectors.
• Revenue Generation: Apply tech insights to negotiate corporate agreements, address business bottlenecks, and exceed sales benchmarks.
• Pipeline Development: Discover high-value opportunities and manage an active sales funnel for global technology clients.
• Industry Intelligence: Monitor trends in cloud infrastructure and digital media to deliver strategic advice to decision-makers.
• Goal Alignment: Synchronize daily sales initiatives with broader organizational targets.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Professional proficiency in German (B2+/C1 level) and English (B2 level).
• Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year in B2B sales, account management, or lead generation.
• Tech Aptitude: Foundational grasp of cloud services combined with a strong enthusiasm for emerging technology.
• Core Traits: Self-motivated, flexible, and comfortable handling intricate client requests.
• Location Requirement: Currently residing in Krakow or ready to relocate right away.
