Core Duties

  • Engage with clients who speak German through phone, email, and chat to assist with all travel-related transactions (including processing new trips, managing changes, handling cancellations, and answering general queries).
  • Deliver precise information and effective solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction after every interaction.
  • Process requests quickly, strictly adhering to all defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Liaise efficiently with colleagues in other departments to ensure the rapid and successful resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of the company's products, services, and operational protocols.
  • Accurately document all customer communications and actions within the internal systems.
  • Support the overall team performance by sharing insights and assisting peers.

Candidate Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: You must be fully fluent in German (written and verbal) for all customer service duties. A strong working knowledge of English (minimum B2) is required for internal communication.
  • Proven excellent communication and decisive problem-solving abilities.
  • A client-first mentality demonstrated through a professional and caring demeanor.
  • The capacity to manage tasks and workload effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer support is beneficial but not required; we will provide comprehensive training.
  • Must possess excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks.
