Role Summary

Positioned as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking consumers, you will handle diverse inquiries coming in through telephone, email correspondence, and instant messaging systems. Core Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Manage incoming inquiries from Italian clients via phone, email, and live digital chat using a warm, professional, and solution-driven communication style.
  • Issue Diagnostics: Analyze customer difficulties to identify root causes and deliver fast, customized resolutions tailored to each individual situation.
  • Documentation: Accurately log profile details, customer inquiries, action steps, and resolution notes inside enterprise CRM databases.
  • Target Management: Consistently hit key operational targets, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Average Handle Time (AHT) metrics.
  • Ongoing Learning: Participate actively in ongoing training and coaching sessions to remain fully updated on product modifications, company policies, and service workflows.

Qualifications

  • Language Capabilities: Fluent or advanced C1/C2 capability in Italian (written, spoken, and reading comprehension); operational English competence (minimum B2 level) for internal team dialogue, software navigation, and training programs.
  • Shift Availability: Complete readiness to work flexible, rotating 24/7 shift schedules.
  • Workplace Presence: Physical presence and full-time availability to work on-site at our Lisbon office facility.
  • Legal Eligibility: Valid EU/EEA citizenship, an EU passport, or legal Portuguese employment authorization.
  • Essential Skills: Exceptional interpersonal talents, active listening skills, composure under high-volume pressure, and a positive, proactive mindset.

Compensation Models

  • Option A: Local Contract (For Local Applicants)

    • Base Remuneration: €1,262.33 gross monthly (paid across 12 months)
    • Housing: Self-arranged living setup
    • Target Profile: Candidates currently living in Lisbon or managing their own accommodation
  • Option B: Relocation Contract (For Moving Candidates)

    • Base Remuneration: €1,059.00 gross monthly (paid across 12 months)
    • Provided Accommodation: Private room within a shared corporate flat, with utilities included (electricity, gas, water, internet)
    • Travel Assistance: Full inbound flight reimbursement after passing the probation period, plus airport pickup
