Position Summary As a strategic Google Ads consultant in Barcelona, you will drive digital transformation and market expansion for growing Dutch companies. In this client-focused role, you will oversee full-lifecycle account management—delivering high-touch onboarding, driving platform implementation, securing long-term retention, and scaling ad performance across your portfolio.
Primary Duties
- Client Onboarding & Strategy: Lead initial kickoff sessions for new enterprise clients, assessing business goals to craft custom digital marketing plans.
- Executive Engagement: Conduct proactive consultative calls with C-level stakeholders and marketing leads to align business targets with Google Ads capabilities.
- Campaign Management: Build, launch, and continuously refine ad campaigns, optimizing target audiences, copy, bidding tactics, and landing page conversions.
- Data Analysis & ROI: Analyze performance metrics to extract insights that improve client ROI, ROAS, and ad spend efficiency.
- CRM & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain clear client communication records, pipeline updates, and account histories within CRM software.
- Market Insights: Gather Dutch regional market trends to inform localized strategy and product positioning internally.
Applicant Profile
- Languages: Fluent or C1–C2 level proficiency in Dutch, paired with strong professional written and spoken English.
- Experience: Previous background in account management, consultative client strategy, sales, or enterprise CRM operations.
- Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of Dutch corporate culture, consumer behavior, and GDPR compliance standards.
- Skillset: Strong analytical reasoning, polished communication, and familiarity with modern AI tools to drive workflow efficiency.
- Mindset: Self-driven, adaptive, and motivated to achieve key performance targets.
