We are seeking a motivated, results-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead our expansion within the DACH territory (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
Role & Core ObjectivesIn this position, you will play a key role in accelerating revenue by generating sales-ready leads and building pipeline across German-speaking territories through targeted outbound outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute 60–70 cold calls daily to prospective decision-makers in the e-commerce sector.
- Source, research, and map SMB and mid-market target accounts throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Drive engagement, uncover client challenges, and position our search technology as the ideal solution.
- Qualify both inbound and outbound prospects, scheduling verified product demos for Account Executives.
- Manage multi-channel sequences incorporating phone calls, tailored emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
Candidate Profile
Core Qualifications
- Direct experience in high-volume, phone-driven outbound B2B sales.
- History of reaching or surpassing daily activity metrics and monthly meeting targets.
- Strong resilience, active listening skills, confident objection handling, and persuasive phone presence.
- Experience utilizing modern sales platforms and CRMs (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).
Preferred Experience
- Background in SaaS, e-commerce tech, marketing tech, or site search applications.
- Prior experience in fast-paced sales teams or scaling startups.
Language Capabilities
- Fluent German: Essential for conducting cold outreach and establishing authority in the DACH market.
- Professional English or Spanish: Essential for internal alignment and team communications.
Location, Work Structure & Schedule
- Work Arrangement: 100% In-Office (Madrid). Fully office-based from our Madrid site to foster real-time collaboration and team integration.
- Hours: Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 18:00; Friday: 09:00 – 15:00.
- Onboarding: A dedicated 4-week training plan during month one covering our software, sales methodology, and tool stack.
Compensation StructureWe offer a competitive compensation framework that rewards high output:
- Base Salary: €30,000 gross annually.
- Uncapped Monthly Variable: €600 target commission subject to performance accelerators:
- 80% Target Attained: 1.3x multiplier
- 100% Target Attained: 2.0x multiplier (€1,200 total)
- 150% Target Attained: 3.0x multiplier (€1,800 total)
- 80% Target Attained: 1.3x multiplier
- Quarterly Accelerator Bonus: Exceed 150% average target over three months to retroactively unlock the 3.0x payout across all three months.
- Progression: Structured advancement tracks into Account Executive positions.
