Your goal is to build a strong revenue funnel through smart market research and matching business needs with technical solutions.

  • Pipeline Management: Consistently beat your quarterly goals for Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs), keeping up a fast work pace to fuel the company's growth.
  • Executive Communication: Reach out to senior decision-makers and clearly explain the big-picture advantages of advanced cloud technology.
  • Problem Diagnosis: Identify the main problems in a company's current setup and show them how specific cloud services can help.
  • CRM Management: Keep perfect records in Salesforce, making sure all lead information is accurate and up to date.
  • Market Research: Study your assigned regions to find the businesses with the highest potential for growth.

Who We Are Looking For: Sharp Thinking & Influence

We are looking for ambitious professionals who combine technical knowledge with a "solutions-first" attitude.

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native German (C2) and professional English (C1) are required for high-level business negotiations.
  • Experience: A Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of success in IT sales or the cloud technology industry.
  • Cloud Knowledge: A strong understanding of how cloud computing works and experience with major global cloud platforms.
  • Proven Success: A history of beating difficult goals (KPIs) in a fast-paced, business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Tech Skills: High-level experience using Salesforce or similar professional CRM software.

DACH Region Expertise

  • Cultural Knowledge: A deep understanding of German business etiquette and industry trends.
  • Legal Rules: Familiarity with local laws, especially GDPR and data privacy rules.
  • Advice & Strategy: The ability to talk to high-level leaders about return on investment (ROI) and technical setups.
