French Speaking Customer Advisor (on-site)

Join our fast-growing Lisbon team as a French-speaking Customer Advisor for a top global Payment Solutions company. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for French speakers using a world-leading fintech platform. We are looking for people who are great at talking to others, solving problems, and providing excellent service in one of Europe's most beautiful cities.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Customer Help: Answer incoming questions through phone and digital chat, giving clear and helpful advice on how to use the payment platform.
• Tech Support: Assist users with setting up their accounts, checking their payment status, and fixing technical issues.
• Security & Fraud: Keep an eye on account activity to protect users from fraud and ensure their digital transactions stay safe.
• Team Communication: Work with your international coworkers and managers, using English to stay updated on new projects and goals.
• Improving Service: Keep accurate records of customer feedback to help the company make the app even better for everyone.

Who We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: You speak and write French perfectly and have a good B2 level in English for work meetings.
• Positive Attitude: You don't need a specific background—we want people who are eager to learn, friendly, and ready to help.
• Computer Literacy: You are comfortable using different software programs and working with several computer screens at once.
• Availability: You are ready to work on-site in Lisbon and participate in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.

Pay & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: A base pay of €930 gross per month, paid 14 times a year (includes extra pay for summer and Christmas).
• Attendance Bonus: An extra €65 monthly bonus just for being dependable and showing up on time.
• Daily Meal Money: €7.63 for every day you work, paid onto a special meal card.
• Future Growth: We offer clear ways to get promoted into roles like Team Leader, Trainer, or Quality Analyst.

• Free Room: We provide a private bedroom in a shared company apartment, with all bills and rent covered.
