German Speaking Onboarding Account Manager (Hybrid)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this role, you will be a senior advisor and a technical expert. Your goal is to turn complex ad technology into real success for your clients.

• Managing Portfolios: You will lead the setup of new accounts from start to finish. You'll build smart ad plans (PPC) that are made specifically for different types of industries.
• Consulting: You will study what each client needs. Then, you will use custom digital tools to help them reach their big performance goals.
• Running Ads: You will launch and manage powerful ad campaigns. These are meant to help brands get into new markets quickly and grow for a long time.
• Growing Revenue: You will help increase the money coming in by finding new ways for clients to grow. You'll use data to prove that their investment is making a profit.
• Keeping Clients: You will prevent clients from leaving by becoming a partner they can't live without as they grow their digital business.
• Organization: You will keep very careful notes in our computer system. You must make sure all account details are recorded with perfect accuracy.

• Education: You need a Bachelor's degree. Having a Master's in Marketing or Business is even better.
• Languages: You must speak and write German and English perfectly. This is required for difficult business talks and working with teams in different countries.
• Digital Skills: You should be a forward-thinker who knows how to use AI tools to work faster and better.
• Communication: You are great at giving presentations. You can take hard-to-understand tech info and explain it simply to company bosses.
• Market Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of how business is done in Germany, including local manners and following strict privacy laws (GDPR).
