In this hybrid role, you will be the lead consultant for the Dutch market, helping new partners get started and setting them up for long-term success.

Your Mission: Strategy & Growth

As an Onboarding Account Manager, you are responsible for the client's first experience and their ongoing success. You will turn complex ad technology into real business results.

• Campaign Launch: Manage the technical setup and strategy for high-performance PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns for a variety of Dutch clients.
• Product Expert: Act as an ambassador for top-tier advertising products, customizing tools to meet specific business goals.
• Consultative Sales: Analyze what clients need and provide custom marketing solutions that deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
• Revenue Growth: Find ways to expand accounts and optimize budgets to help your partners get the most out of their spending.
• Data Management: Keep an accurate CRM database to ensure great service and clear communication across teams.

What We're Looking For

We want a proactive professional who combines analytical skills with the ability to build high-level trust with Dutch clients.

• Education: A University degree (BA/BS) is required; a Master's in Marketing or Communications is a plus.
• Languages: Native or C2 level in both Dutch and English for professional negotiations and global teamwork.
• Experience: At least 2 years in sales, marketing, or a client-facing role with a proven track record of hitting targets.
• Digital Skills: Comfortable using AI tools to get data-driven insights and personalize your work.
• Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of Dutch business culture, local regulations (like GDPR), and the digital landscape in the Netherlands.
