As a Customer Advisor, you will act as both a dedicated travel assistant and a strategic problem solver, handling inquiries from business clients and delivering premium support in both German and English.

Your Everyday Responsibilities

As a key brand representative, you will ensure that business professionals experience seamless, top-tier service for all of their international travel requirements:

• Omnichannel Customer Support: Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat from German-speaking corporate clients.
• Travel Booking Management: Guide customers through complex reservations, cancellations, and on-the-fly modifications for flights, accommodations, and vehicle rentals.
• Global Distribution Systems: Utilize specialized travel management software and internal databases to retrieve and organize precise reservation data.
• Logistical Problem Solving: Efficiently troubleshoot critical travel disruptions—such as delays, sudden cancellations, or itinerary changes—to keep the traveler's journey on track.
• Professional Service: Maintain an approachable, helpful, and highly polished demeanor to uphold premium corporate service standards.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or fluent command of German (C1/C2 level), combined with an upper-intermediate level of English (B2 level) for internal corporate systems and training.
