Your Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will act as a premier growth strategist and corporate advisor, leveraging advanced advertising platforms to scale client portfolios and maximize digital market share.

  • Account Setup & Management: Manage the entire onboarding process for new clients and design smart "Pay-Per-Click" (PPC) advertising strategies for different industries.
  • Strategic Consulting: Analyze specific client needs and provide custom digital solutions to beat tough performance targets.
  • Campaign Management: Launch and run high-impact ad campaigns focused on quick market entry and long-term business growth.
  • Revenue Growth: Find new ways to expand your clients' accounts by using data to show a clear return on investment (ROI).
  • Client Retention: Build strong, trusting relationships so clients see you as an essential partner in their success.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent or native-level German and English (C2 level). This is required to handle technical talks and collaborate with our international team.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required. Holding a Master's degree in Marketing or Business is a major plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable and forward-thinking, with the ability to use modern AI tools to work faster and deliver better results.
  • Great Communication: Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex digital ideas simply to company executives.
  • German Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of how business works in Germany, including local corporate etiquette and strict GDPR privacy rules.
