The Role: Digital Concierge for the Modern Business Traveler

As a Customer Advisor, you are much more than a point of contact—you are a resourceful problem-solver. You will provide premium support in both Dutch and English, guiding business clients through the complexities of their travel itineraries.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Multichannel Assistance: Manage incoming inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat platforms from Dutch-speaking business professionals.
• Itinerary Coordination: Execute travel arrangements, including booking, canceling, or modifying flights, hotel accommodations, and vehicle rentals.
• System Navigation: Utilize specialized travel management software and proprietary corporate databases to retrieve and communicate accurate travel information.
• Disruption Resolution: Proactively mitigate travel challenges, such as flight delays or scheduling conflicts, to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
• Service Excellence: Maintain an empathetic, patient, and highly professional demeanor to ensure our service standards remain consistent with the brand's reputation.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

We prioritize a positive mindset and linguistic proficiency. You do not need prior experience in the travel or service sectors, as we provide a comprehensive, paid onboarding and training program.

• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native (C1/C2) fluency in Dutch, coupled with intermediate to advanced (B2) English skills for internal corporate collaboration.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written aptitude with a warm, polite, and service-driven communication style.
• Digital Literacy: High level of comfort navigating multiple software applications and screens simultaneously, with a knack for mastering new systems quickly.
• Composure: The ability to remain cool-headed and efficient under pressure, particularly when managing complex travel contingencies.
• Work Location: Willingness and readiness to work on-site at our modern, well-connected office in Sofia.
