About the job Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing - Part Time
This position provides services to the Construction Department.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for processing all invoices in INFOR.
- Verifying GL Coding, Purchase Order creating and routing as needed.
- Receive, stamp, distribute incoming invoices for approval.
- Electronic and paper filing of invoices processed as needed.
- Assist Admin Office Manager as needed with various duties.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day. Ability to occasionally move about inside the office. Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment.Additional Info:
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have experience in data entry and be self motivated with minimum supervision
- 10-key by touch preferred
- Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication skills (oral and written), ability to organize with attention to detail
- Must be familiar with various office equipment
- Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen
