This is a sales position within our Europe Sales Team. You will be responsible for leading and running the entire sales cycle. You will drive new revenue by prospecting, acquiring, and developing new business with direct clients. You will also work closely with Microsoft and other partners to generate demand. You will need to maintain extensive knowledge of the current market conditions, and competitive offerings. You must stay aware of existing case studies and customer stories that you will then apply to new business pursuits. Job Description Senior Account Executive Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect the organization's goals
  • Build and maintain access to key business decision makers and generate C-level contacts by networking across the marketplace
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft resources
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Meet with potential clients to grow, maintain, and demonstrate relationships
  • Foster relationships with new partners
  • Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities
  • Participate in forums to keep abreast of new changes in the industry and practices
  • Effectively apply solution selling and account management practices
  • Effectively report opportunity status via CRM and weekly sales meeting updates
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with members of the Marketing team to penetrate key markets
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territories and accounts
  • Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets
  • Travel to prospective clients as needed

  • Your Background and Skills Include: At least 7 years of experience selling Cloud, ERP within the mid-market and enterprise space.
  • Working efficiently with Microsoft & other partners to generate and pursue business.
  • Hunter business development experience with proven sales methodology application.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively manage a complex, solution selling process.
  • Able to act as a trusted advisor at the C-suite level.
