About the job Insurance Specialist with German


Provide administrative support for insurance-related activities, mainly focused on non-life insurance topics.
Help track and document insurance claims and follow up on ongoing cases.
Prepare basic reports and summaries for internal use, such as claim overviews and premium trends.
Assist in standardizing insurance-related processes and practices across different locations.
Coordinate logistics and materials for internal training sessions on insurance procedures.
Act as a support contact for internal departments with general insurance-related queries.
Help manage documentation and records related to insurance activities.


Requirements:

Basic experience or a strong interest in insurance (excluding life insurance), with exposure to non-life insurance products such as property, liability, transport, insurance for licenses, and others.

Understanding of insurance processes and claim handling is a plus.

Advanced proficiency in German and good English language skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for creating reports, documentation, and presentations.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

A proactive attitude, eager to learn and grow.
