About the job Salesforce Architect / Field Service Management
We are currently seeking a Salesforce Architect with extensive Field Service Management (FSM) experience, ideally with 7-8+ years of expertise. The role is based in Europe, offered as a fully remote position, and will be available under a B2B contract for an initial duration of six months, with a strong possibility of extension. The expected start date is February 2025, and the position requires full-time commitment.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and the clients IT architects.
- Managing and understanding the holistic Salesforce architecture, with a specific focus on Field Service Cloud.
- Providing expert consultation on best practices and processes, including designing use cases (processes) when needed.
- Leading and guiding the clients tech team working on Salesforce solutions.
- Personally developing and implementing solutions as necessary. We have a meeting with the client at the start of next week where we could potentially propose experts that fit for this opportunity.
