Our Store Operations Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati in the role of Shared Services Officer.

As a Shared Service Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring quality delivery of an assigned service line to stores & other concerned units in line within agreed SOP and SLAs.

What the role will entail

• Deliver service line requirements and ensure quality based on Key Results Areas (KRAs) and Service Level Agreement (SLAs).
• Maintain system information, coordinate with relevant parties, and submit reports on time.
• Conduct data quality checks and support process improvements.
• Provide operational and ad hoc support as needed.
  

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy. Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Having obtained a Master's Degree is a plus.
• With high proficiency in Excel is preferred.
• Has working knowledge of banking regulations, products, and services.
• With excellent communication and customer service skills.
