What the role will entail

  • Monitor systems and services to ensure availability and respond to downtime alerts
  • Process service requests, incidents, and change requests in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Generate daily and monthly reports, including Automated Teller Machine (ATM) status and inventory
  • Support ATM operations such as installation, delivery, disposal, and inventory
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues
  • Participate in scheduled training and contribute to team updates and documentation

What we're looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or any related course
  • At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in service desk or technical support roles is required
  • Proven ability to monitor and manage IT systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime is essential
  • Understanding of servers, databases, network devices, and basic network protocols such as TCP/IP is essential
  • Comfort with IT support tools and standard office applications is important
  • Success in this role is determined by strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and dependability
