Our Operations Cluster team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City as a Systems and Methods Officer.

What the role will entail

  • Develop, review, and update operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with regulatory and business standards

  • Evaluate and enhance existing processes to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality

  • Lead or support cross-functional projects related to operational improvements and automation initiatives

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory standards, and risk management frameworks

  • Facilitate training sessions and communicate operational changes across teams

  • Maintain accurate policy documentation and monitor implementation effectiveness

What we're looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a plus

  • Experience in banking operations, particularly in store operations, with exposure to risk management, audit, and compliance

  • Strong knowledge of banking laws, operational processes, and regulatory standards

  • Proficient in policy and procedure management, process improvement, and data analysis

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks
