Our Trust Asset Management Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC as an Account Management Officer.
In this role, you will ensure effective administration of trust accounts, support Trust Business Development through training and coordination with marketing channels, and manage both prospective and existing clients to help grow the Banks trust and investment portfolio.

What the role will entail

Conduct annual reviews of assigned trust accounts, ensuring findings and deficiencies are addressed promptly.

Ensure accurate updating, maintenance, and safekeeping of account details and documents.

Process account opening, client transactions, and provide timely updates on account status.

Coordinate with support units for account creation, documentation, and operational requirements.

Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Support Trust Business Development by training various marketing channels of the Bank on trust products and account handling.

Assist in managing prospective clients and contribute to initiatives that grow the trust and investment business.
What we're looking for

Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.

1-year TIFP course and Enhanced UITF Certification (required).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing & Sales, Treasury Marketing, Trust Marketing, mutual funds, investment houses, or similar fields.

Strong client management, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to multi-task, manage accounts efficiently, and collaborate with internal teams.
