Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig and Mandaluyong as a Recruiting Officer (Fixed-Term).

In this role you will responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining alignment with the Bank's goals and values.

What the role will entail

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidates
• Screen, assess, and interview applicants to ensure they meet role requirements and qualifications
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and align recruitment strategies
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding while providing an excellent candidate experience
• Maintain an effective applicant tracking system and generate reports on recruitment metrics

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in end to end recruitment, preferably in banking or financial services
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing across junior to executive levels
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
