Purpose

The Health and Wellness Associate will support the Health and Wellness Officer in promoting and managing employee health and wellness initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing the overall wellbeing of bank employees through the implementation and evaluation of health, safety, and wellness programs.

Roles and Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the Health and Wellness Officer to assess and modify existing health and wellness programs.
    • Implement new wellness initiatives based on employee feedback and emerging health trends.
    • Ensure programs are accessible, inclusive, and tailored to meet the diverse needs of the workforce.
    • Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
    • Helps in facilitating workshops, seminars, and training sessions to educate employees on health and wellness topics.
    • Track participation rates and program outcomes to assess the impact of wellness initiatives on employee health.
    • Prepare regular reports for the Health and Wellness Officer and senior management, detailing program effectiveness and areas for growth.
    • Assist in crisis management related to employee health and wellbeing, ensuring appropriate interventions are in place.
    • Stay informed about health and safety regulations and ensure that all programs comply with relevant laws and policies.
    • Promote a culture of safety within the workplace, identifying potential hazards and suggesting improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to work in BGC Taguig
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in clinic management, health and wellness program management or employee engagement is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
