Our Consumer Lending Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig City with the role of Sales Channel Manager.
In this role you will be responsible in generating sales volume through the effective and efficient implementation and management of different corporate and institutional credit card acquisition programs and activities to achieve Top Line, Bottom Line, and Market Share targets.

What the role will entail
- Contributes to the conceptualization and formulation of business strategies and sales acquisition programs, including opportunities in emerging digital channels.
- Executes approved sales acquisition programs within agreed timelines.
- Establishes agreements with other Bank units to ensure effective implementation of sales acquisition programs.
- Has solid exposure to one or more of the following:
- Financial services (consumer lending, unsecured loans)
- Fintech / digital platforms
- HRTech or B2B platforms with employee benefits
- eCommerce, education, memorial, and healthcare industries
- Can launch, manage, and scale partner-driven personal loan programs with cross-functional coordination (product, credit, compliance, etc.).
- Results-driven, with strong communication, negotiation, and forecasting skills to hit volume and revenue targets.
What were looking for
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or partnership management
- At least 3 years of proven experience specifically in lending, banking, or financial services
- Track record of launching and scaling B2B2C loan programs through partner networks (e.g., schools, memorial plans, marketplaces, fintechs, employer groups)
