Purpose
Attend to visitors/ clients and deal with inquiries regarding services and products of the bank. Serves as a primary point of contact of external clients, and ensure administrative related services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Roels and Responsibilities
Screen and Attend to clients
Answer queries and concerns of clients
Monitors the schedule of meetings in your floor Updates the directory of you floor (local numbers of employees assigned on your floor)
Coordinates with admin services and secretaries of all bank department at all times Maintaining
Cleanliness and orderliness of the area Answers e-mail from other employees politely and on time (scheduling of meeting rooms etc)
Familiar with bank premises Customer/visitor profiling and reports to Superiors any unusual observations
Qualification
Willing to work in BGC Taguig
College Graduate
Experience Entry level
Verbal and Written Communication Skills and MS Office literacy
Customer Focus, possess cultural awareness and sensitivity, knows how to prioritize
