Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and execute projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status , risks , issues and dependencies.
  • Ensure consistency in HR practices across all location
  • Assist in various projects to include analysis of new business requirements, assessment of different methods of approach, and implementation of solutions within the current business system architecture or new system.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting - where applicable, provide data analysis and reporting, working in partnership with the Analytics team

Requirements

  • Willing to work in BGC Taguig
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience of planning and executing projects of varying size and complexity
  • Experience of partnering with and influencing stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects with competing priorities.
  • Self-starter, strong drive and result oriented.
