Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status , risks , issues and dependencies.
- Ensure consistency in HR practices across all location
- Assist in various projects to include analysis of new business requirements, assessment of different methods of approach, and implementation of solutions within the current business system architecture or new system.
- Data Analysis and Reporting - where applicable, provide data analysis and reporting, working in partnership with the Analytics team
Requirements
- Willing to work in BGC Taguig
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience of planning and executing projects of varying size and complexity
- Experience of partnering with and influencing stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects with competing priorities.
- Self-starter, strong drive and result oriented.
