About the job Process & System Support Officer | Finance

The Process & System Support Officer shall be responsible for:  

  • Documenting Controllership Groups processes, guidelines, and procedures
  • Recommending process improvements and/or system enhancements to optimize the end-to-end financial recording and reporting processes; and
  • Providing support to other Controllership Units in the implementation of process optimization and automation projects of the Controllership Group. 
  • Assisting the Process and System Support Head in the management of process optimization and automation projects of the Controllership Group

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Banking and Finance, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Math, or
    Statistics
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a holder of any project management certification
  • With 3-5 years Finance or IT-related work experience, preferably with working knowledge of bank operations and accounting processes
  • With intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Excel and other Microsoft Applications, preferably with at least basic
    knowledge in using Visual Basic for Application (VBA), Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Power BI
  • With experience in business analysis and/or process transformation
  • With knowledge in project management and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Candidate must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig
