Our Corporate Banking Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Caloocan | Taguig - Makati | Cebu - Visayas in the role of Division Head.
As the Division Head (DH), you will serve as a strategic thinker & planner of the division in terms of business and relationship growth, as well as the main driver of the Banks marketing arm as far as middle market and corporate accounts are concerned.

What the role will entail
- Develops strategies and plans to acquire new clients, increase overall business and share of wallet from existing accounts.
- Monitors account profitability and returns on capital employed as well as risk asset.
- Ensures that standard process flows are set up to facilitate implementation of transactions and avoid float/technical past due.
- Responsible of mentoring and coaching Relationship Manager (RM). Ensures that his RMs are equipped with the skills and competency necessary for effective account management.
- Responsible for ensuring that all RMs have well thought out account plans, and guides and assists the RM in the implementation of the account plan including the formulation of remediation and catch up plans towards the attainment of the RMs KPIs.
What we're looking for
- College Degree, preferably a graduate of any business course with a strong finance or marketing background.
- Must be a seasoned Relationship Manager. Previous leadership experience of a small team is a critical advantage.
- Has working knowledge in Bank products & industry, Marketing, Finance and Risks.
- Possesses strong leadership and motivational skills to manage and develop both performing and non-performing team members.
- Analytical and understands critical business and industry information which will influence credit decisions; highly personable and able to manage relationships especially in resolving internal and client conflicts and issues.
- Must be articulate and proficient in both oral and written English.
- Must be a good team player and able to liaise with internal units in the delivery of services to clients.
