Our Consumer Lending Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us at our head office in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) as Team Head, Admin & MIS.


The Team Head, Admin & MIS is involved in generating and overseeing the Management Information System (MIS) required by various department heads in Unsecured Credit Underwriting to track performance and productivity. The Team Head supervises the document imaging and storage of decided credit card and personal applications. S/he will also handle retrieval of any audit or complaint related requests.

What the role will entail

  • The role requires a handful amount of micromanagement due to the variety of tasks managed by the position. Taking this into account, all tasks should be backed with updated MIS reports to aid in monitoring of all functions.
  • As assigned point person for cards customer service concerns, the job holder should possess up-to-date knowledge with credit processing.
  • Being the lead role for admin and support related functions, most of the assigned tasks involve manual work. The team head should always look for opportunities to apply process engineering and subsequently retool handled staff to do other bank related processes that will aid in their career growth as well.
  • The business requires ad hoc MIS reports frequently, jobholder should always have an understanding of required data by management in effect resulting to accurate and timely reports.
  • Other bank related tasks such as automation projects and audit deliverables are also assigned on top of BAUs. The Team Head should know how to lead the staff members to work above their capacity.


What we're looking for

  • College graduate preferably a business-related course.
  • At least 5 years' experience working in a bank in credit operations.
  • At least 2 years' experience in people management.
  • Has experience in MIS generation with a strong Excel background.
  • Able to work independently and think outside the box.
