Our Retail Banking Group Operations Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati in the role of Helpdesk Associate.

As a Helpdesk Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to existing concerns and queries of the Banks stores and customers related to implementation of agreed policies and/or Standard Operating Procedures.

What the role will entail

• Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to internal customer issues.
• Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support or to the Helpdesk Officer.
• Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
• Update customer data and produce activity reports.
• Walk internal customers through problem solving process.
• Follow up with customers, provide feedback, and see problems through to resolution.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• Having obtained a Master's Degree is a plus.
• Being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
• Has working knowledge of banking regulations and products.
• With excellent communication and customer-service skills.
