The Marketing & Cash Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Head - Mass Affluent Segment.

In this role, you will Lead and execute end-to-end plans for product bundles, from development to sales support. Manage the Affluent Segment Team to drive revenue growth and market share through strategic portfolio management and execution of the 4Ps (Product, Price, Promotion, Place). Develop strategies for customer acquisition and product penetration, ensuring effective communication, promotions, and training for sales teams.

What the role will entail

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the Affluent Segment Team to achieve top-line and bottom-line results and increase market share through the right portfolio based on customer understanding and appropriating the right strategies and execution on the 4Ps (Product, Price, Promotions, Place) of the products in the portfolio.
  • This person creates the strategies and plans to acquire new customers and increase product count per customer through appropriate multi-product offerings, communication, and promotion. He/She will also ensure the appropriate training, spiels and customer engagement materials are done to the front liners (Sales).
  • Manages and drives end-to-end execution of plans. From new product bundle (multi-product offering) development to sales field execution support.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in either Commerce, Economics or Marketing; a postgraduate degree is a plus
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in brand or product portfolio management, with at least 3 years in leadership role managing senior managers
  • Proven business acumen in launching and developing customer segments, with expertise in creating innovative Customer/consumer solutions. 
  • Preferably with banking, FMCG or Telco experience 
  • Demonstrated talent for delivering exceptional results with impeccable quality
