Our Wealth Management - Priority Banking is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC, Caloocan, Ortigas and Quezon City in the role of Client Relationship Officer.

The Client Relationship Officer will help drive the business by greeting and assisting Priority Clients for their basic banking needs, acting as a liaison between the EastWest Priority Center and Retail Banking Group Store Sales and Sales Support Officers for banking transactions, as well as executing required documents related to the fulfillment of EastWest Priority Clients transactions.

What the role will entail:

  • Support the Relationship Managers in delivering efficient and quality service by assisting in handling customers from different business parties and finding the right solutions for customers.
  • Serve as the main contact point of customers support functions to ensure smooth account operations.
  • Build relationships with customers and respond to account or operational-related concerns.
  • Liaise with internal departments and provide instructions to concerned parties on account maintenance requirements.

What we're looking for:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-4 years' experience in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Customer-focused and have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Willing to report onsite.
