The position is responsible in handling of over-the-counter transactions and miscellaneous services transactions.

• Performs all tellering and billspay transactions
• Performs processing of outward clearing items
• Preparation of MC/GC. DD, Telegraphic Transfer
• Preparation of EOD Cash Proof Sheet
• Processing of the following if knowledgeable: SDB Applications, Bank Certifications Applications, SPO Applications, Replacement of Debit Cards, PIN regeneration, Orders of Pre-encoded checkbooks, Orders of Re-ordered checkbooks
• Store Loans if knowledgeable (Domestic Bills Purchase, Back-to-Back Loans, MC Accommodation)Payroll uploading
