Our Marketing and Cash Management Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati and Taguig for the role of Documentations Team Lead.

In this role, you will be part of a team that supports external services such as enrollments, collections and payments, disbursements, government remittances, outsourced HR services, Bulk Instapay/Pesonet (BIPPS), and supply chain, as well as accounting and reconciliation and fees/service charges collection. Internally, you will support similar services except for supply chain, payroll, eGov, and BIPPS.

What the role will entail

  • Propose and implement initiatives for operational productivity, process improvement, streamlining, and automation.
  • Ensure adherence to controls and prescribed policies and procedures.
  • Review, approve, or reject documents for enrollment, modification, and termination for various services such as EWOC/DXP, Stand Alone, BIPPS, Bills Collect, eGov, Easybiz Cash Vault, and RCD.
  • Validate client account details in T24 and review enrollment documents, endorsing them to the definition team in the onboarding portal.
  • Monitor the status of enrollment requests, ensuring all documents with deficiencies are coordinated with the store of account.
  • Update master lists and conversion reports for newly enrolled, modified, or terminated accounts, and endorse BIPPS and Bills collect requests for approval.
  • Prepare and review internal and external reports, monitor daily transactions, track compliance with agreed TAT based on SLA with customers, and oversee UAT.

What we're looking for

  • Holder of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or any related field
  • At least 2 years experience in bank operations
  • You must have possess expertise in accounting, analytical skills, computer literacy, strong oral and written communication, evaluative and problem-solving abilities, and product/process knowledge.
  • Must manifest the following traits: excellent interpersonal skills, high self-motivation and direction, and keen attention to detail.
