About the job New Initiatives Operations Project Manager

Digital Products and Channels Operations Head, the Operations Project Manager provides oversite to all Operations projects. This includes planning, organizing staff and stake holders, implementation, project control, and implementation. The Operations Project Manager leads projects for operational efficiency, digitization of back office processes across Customer Service, Recon, Verifier, L2 Support as well as provide support via BRD review of new Products and Services to be made available on digital channels.

SKILLS:

  • Preferably with online banking or digital banking exposure. Proficiency in IT is a must
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of previous experience in financial industry project management.
  • Familiarity with wide array of banking project management tools, applications and solutions.
  • Professional qualifications in project management will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and other business units.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret and analyze data and metrics.
