Bank Operations Officer

Job Description:

• Ascertains completeness and accuracy of LRIA Associates output in monitoring of insurance policies submitted by the clients. This includes LRIA Associates accurate encoding of insurance details of the submitted insurance policies in FinnOne CMS and LRIA Monitoring Files.
• Reviews daily booking of mortgage loan accounts for procurement of insurance; and ensure completeness and accuracy of LRIA associates output in monitoring of daily booking of mortgage loan accounts.
• Handles simple email inquiries sent to LRIAs group email; and ensure appropriate response / required action on the inquiries by LRIA Associates within 1 banking day upon receipt of inquiry.

Basic Qualification: 

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business course

• Must have at least 3 years experience in related and relevant field. 
• Basic knowledge in insurance policy and processes
