Our Corporate Banking Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in our Caloocan | Greenhills | Davao site in the role of Accounts Associate.

As an Accounts Associate, you'll set up credit facilities, accurately manage loan details in the T24 system, and oversee daily transactions like collections and renewals. Your role includes preparing key documents, assisting in credit facility renewals, and managing client relationships, with a focus on encouraging credit facility usage and other basic deposit products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set-up approved credit facilities in the Banks loan system.
  • Ensures thorough and accurate encoding of loan maturities and interest due in T24.
  • Monitors and collects principal and interests due, and manage daily transactions (availment, re-pricing, extension, renewal etc.).
  • Troubleshoot problems encountered in T24.
  • Prepares transactional documents like Promissory Note (PN) as well as documents needed upon establishment/ renewal of credit facilities to ensure smooth operation of the credit facility.
  • Assists the Relationship Manager in gathering data for establishment/renewal of credit facilities.
  • Prepares Account Profitability Analysis (APA) and portfolio reports to assist the RM in the overall management and growth of the RMs client portfolio.
  • Draft simple Credit Offering Memorandum (COM) including preparation of financial spreads.
  • Handle simple credit relationships with minimal supervision from the RM
  • Encourage clients to avail of approved credit facilities and other basic deposit products.

What were looking for

  • At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates with strong scholastic standing are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be articulate both in oral and written English and has a good time management and organization skills.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
