What the role will entail

  • Responsible for making the branch the main distribution channel of the bank by selling its products and services.
  • Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services suitable to them.
  • Implement marketing programs/strategies that would promote products, increase new bank customers, and maximize existing customer's share of wallet.
  • Mentor and coach the branch sales team, Business Development Sales Officers (BDSO), Relationship Officers (RO), Sales Associates, and New Accounts
  • Approve transactions and oversee the performance of service in the branch that would impact customer satisfaction and relationships.
  • Perform compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on the policies and framework set by the bank.
  • Perform customer service standards by applying the right attitude and skills using the EastWest Service Pillars and Service Standards.

What were looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably a business course
  • Equivalent experience in the banking industry is required.
  • Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
