This is a Temporary/project based role from 6 months to 1 year.
Willing to be assigned in Pasong Tamo Makati or BGC Taguig Area
Willing to be assigned in different units of HR.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR Officer in the conduct of administrative functions to ensure efficient operation of the unit. Must provide support in Human Resources related to administrative functions in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Help in researching materials/information pertaining to a specific topic
    Include appropriate activities to support e.g. sending calendar invites, reservation of rooms, sending reminder emails
  • Coordinate with vendor(s) for accreditation, documents and billings.
  • Prepare reimbursement requests for Cash Advance or billng payment to be used for various trainings.
  • Other task that may be assigned from time to time where deem necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree of any course
  • MS Office proficient - Excel and PPT or Canva
  • Knowledge of Power BI or programming or advance excel skills is an advantage
  • Good organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Flexible
