Provides service and support to all customers for ATM complaints and ATM Bancnet reconciliation. Provides service to stores in their queries and providing resolution on all ATM related complaints of their clients. Prepares balancing report and booking in the GL system the ATM transactions of the stores. Handles the monitoring, settlement, processing of claims, reconciliation and control of Visa Transactions that serves in aiming ATM Support Departments objective to provide support to Stores and to other units of the Bank. Ensures compliance with the banks and government policies and procedures both for internal and external regulatory bodies across the department.
