Our Marketing and Cash Management Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Cebu for the role of Sales Team Lead.

In this role, you will lead a Sales Team in Cash Management tasked with selling/offering the products under the purview of Cash Management Division which can be positioned as business solutions for wholesale accounts to the appropriate target market in close coordination with the Corporate Banking Group Relationship Managers, Retail Banking Group Relationship Heads, Division Head, Store Managers and Sales Officers.

What the role will entail

  • Lead, manage, and supervise a Sales Team within a specific region/sector, targeting market segments to achieve team goals related to KPIs in the cash management division.
  • Champion and drive the usage of cash management products/solutions, monitoring performance in terms of enrollment, CASA ADB/Float, fee income, and throughput.
  • Create demand for the banks cash management solutions/products by conducting diagnostic calls to provide customers with tailored solutions for their business needs.
  • Deliver cash management presentations to clients, prepare and price proposals, and follow up in coordination with CBG RMs, RBG RHs, DHs, and Store Managers/Sales Officers.
  • Assist in crafting marketing strategies/tools to better equip Sales Managers for achieving business objectives.
  • Conduct cash management seminars/lectures for internal bank units as needed.
  • Regularly solicit customer feedback to improve product offerings, coordinating with the Product Management unit for possible development.

What we're looking for

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking or any related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in an equivalent function in Sales, ideally gained from the Banking industry
  • Knowledge of banking products, particularly Cash Management and Trade Finance
  • Excellent communication skills and can foster collaboration between various units of the Bank. Effective communication, supervisory and negotiation skills. Able to gather the right information and provide a tailor fit solution to the client.
