JOB PURPOSE:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategically collaborates with the Cloud Lead and other key stakeholders to discern business unit-specific cloud requirements and devise highly tailored strategies.
  • Spearheads the management and oversight of logistics, project, and program management aspects of cloud operations with a focus on alignment with overarching business goals.
  • Forges strong partnerships with Development and PMO teams to ensure seamless alignment of cloud projects with broader business objectives.
  • Crafts and executes sophisticated cost management strategies to optimize cloud expenses across diverse business units and projects, exhibiting a high level of financial acumen.
  • Designs and delivers advanced training programs for internal teams on cutting-edge cloud technologies and sophisticated best practices.
  • Employs advanced analytics to meticulously monitor cloud usage and performance metrics, identifying nuanced areas for optimization and cost reduction.
  • Establishes and enforces best-in-class practices for cloud security, compliance, and governance, mitigating risks and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements at a senior management level.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • Preferably with cloud certifications from major providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
