Our Bank Operations Group team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC, Taguig and Ortigas with the role of Bank Operations Associate (Corporate Loans).

In this role, you will be responsible for performing operational tasks in delivering mid and back-office support to Corporate Banking Group. You will also assist the Corporate Loans Officers and Section Head to enforce compliance to internal policies and procedures, at the same time be attuned to processing efficiency for corporate loans transactions.

What the role will entail

  • Review and update monitoring sheets for transactional loan documents and original CWT Forms from the Corporate Banking Group (CBG).
  • Request scanning and Omnidocs upload of completed transactional loan documents from BOG-ERMAD, and scan and upload CWT forms to Finances shared folder.
  • Release reports on unsubmitted transactional loan documents and CWT forms to responsible CBG account associates and officers.
  • Reconcile subsidiary and general ledgers (SL-GL) for CWT and DST, and handle requests for manual adjustments.
  • Prepare bank certifications and statements of account as requested by CBG account officers, ensuring timely delivery within the agreed turn-around time per SLA, and provide immediate advisory on discrepancies.

What were looking for

  • Bachelors Degree in any Business related course is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial services preferably with record keeping environment is ideal
  • Strong attention to details
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
