Our Consumer Lending Cluster team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Auto Loans Underwriting Division Head.
 

As the Auto Loans Underwriting Division Head, you lead and manage the division, ensuring timely processing of applications and compliance with policies. Your role requires extensive knowledge of credit underwriting and related fields, balancing risk management with profit generation. You also propose policy changes to mitigate risks and enhance revenue.

What the role will entail

  • Monitor division productivity and performance, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Implement process improvements and system enhancements to increase productivity and mitigate risks.
  • Manage hiring, training, retention, career development, and performance appraisal.
  • Coordinate with other Heads on credit process effectiveness to achieve business goals.
    • Oversee AML functions, ensuring compliance with AML laws, regulations, and BSP Circulars.

What were looking for

  • College graduate of any 4-year Business-related course.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership position with a proven track record.
  • Experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Credit, or Operations of Auto Loans, Credit Cards, and Personal Loan Business.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, planning, analytical, mathematical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Performance Management, Talent Development, Personal Supervision, Business Management, Direction Setting, Change Leadership, Compliance, Business Ethics, Job Knowledge, Relationship Management, Business Knowledge, and Communication Skills.
