About the job Group Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative assistance to Komo Head and department executives and perform the following functions such as:

  1. Consolidate and place quarterly order placement for supplies and assets for all Komo sub-departments
  2. Managing the schedules and communications of department executives. This includes gathering documents to prepare for meeting and coordinating travel arrangements
  3. Book meeting room reservations for all recurring Komo team meetings and as required by any sub-department leader
  4. Maintain and update reports and operating dashboards
  5. Process payment requests, organize and file files and department documents.

What we're looking for:

  • College or university degree in any Bachelors degree
  • Candidates who possess at least 1 to 2 years experience in similar job role
  • Familiarity with MS Excel including simple and moderate formulas to handle large file sizes for reconciliation.
